RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Demanic we are very proud of the products we’re creating and we put a great effort in providing all our customers with the very best and most long lasting bracelets we can possibly manage. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund.
We offer a “30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee” on all bracelets purchased at www.demanic.com meaning that you have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return a product. If your product is damaged when you receive it, we will refund all your money. In any other cases we will charge you €15 for the postage fee.
Please note that all Demanic bracelets are custom made which basically means that we are not obliged by law to refund.
Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you ship it via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, and always send us an email with all required info to email@example.com or use the Return Formula down below, before you actually return a purchased item.

As soon as the package arrives here, we will issue a refund. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Important: Do not remove the Demanic hang tag attached to the product in case of returning a product.
Exchanging a Product: In case you wish to exchange your purchased item to another Demanic product, please use the same method as if returning an item, and then place a new order.
